  • Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.

3. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times depend on the selected shipping method and destination:

  • Domestic Orders (Within the United States):

    • Express Shipping: 1-3 business days
  • International Orders:

    • Delivery times vary by destination but typically range from 7-21 business days, excluding potential customs delays.

Please note that these are estimated times and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or carrier delays.


4. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM (local time) or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.


5. Tracking Your Order

We provide tracking information for all shipped orders. You will receive a tracking number via email once your package is dispatched. You can use this number to monitor the status of your shipment on the carrier’s website.


6. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • International shipping is subject to local import restrictions and customs regulations. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the product complies with their country’s import laws.

7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

For international orders:

  • Customs duties, taxes, and other fees may be applicable and are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Panmasunie is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We will work to resolve the issue by replacing the item or offering a refund, as applicable.
  • If your package is lost during transit, we will work with the carrier to locate it. If the package cannot be found, a replacement or refund will be issued.

9. Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping details at checkout. If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply for redelivery.
